Abstract Submission
We would like to invite graduate students and young researchers to submit abstracts for poster presentations. Please send abstracts to the following URL (Google Form) by August 18th, 2023*.
*(Updated July 31st, 2023) The abstract submission deadline has been extended from July 31st, 2023 to the date above.
<Style instructions for Abstracts>

Please prepare and submit in Microsoft Word format, and the name of abstract file should be presenter’s name (e.g., Taro Tanaka.docx, John B Smith.docx, etc.).

The paper should be A4 size, one page (portrait), with margins of 3.0 cm (top and bottom) and 2.5 cm (left and right).

Please list "Title", "Author(s)", "Affiliation(s)", and "Text" from the top.

Font: Times New Roman

Title: 14 pt (bold)

Author(s), Affiliation(s), and text: 12 pt.

Please add “〇” and underline the presenter's name.

Descriptive text for figure or table: 10 pt

The abstract text should not exceed 400 words.

Only one figure or table may be inserted and should be centered below the text. Tables should be titled at the top and figures should be titled at the bottom.

Abstracts must be no more than one page including figures and tables.

The abstract will be printed as is, but the secretariat may edit the format.

Please submit each file by the submission deadline in the format for submission at the above URL.

Notification of acceptance/rejection for submitted abstracts will be sent by August 25th, 2023*.
