Formatting presentation files and posters
<Preparation and Submission for Presentation Files>
・The presenters have to prepare a poster and an informative slide.
・The poster and informative slide should be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint.
・The name of the PowerPoint file should be the presenter’s name(e.g., Taro Hirosaki.ppt,
John B Smith.ppt).
Please submit informative presentation files (poster files do not need to be submitted) using the following Google forms link by September 15.

The introduction time of your poster outline is 1 minute.

Slide size should be 4:3 according to the example.

Presentation files must be submitted by September 15. The submitted files will not be shared and only used during the conference. The conference committee will share the presentation slides on behalf of the presenters to avoid any technical problems (such as not being able to share your screen or share the files on the day of presentation).

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any problems with fonts or operation that may occur when sharing slides on behalf of the committee.
